After getting more information, I would like to pose these further questions.

One thing missing from the police report: THE LAND DEAL! Who got the land sold to PKFZ at unreasonable price? Who authorized the purchase?

How come only the developer and consultant being hauled up? What about the people in PKFZ themselves and those involved in the land sale/purchase scam?
